Power Move
Halo
The halo is an advanced rotational move that connects ideas from windmills, head control, and upper-body rotation. It requires strong timing, shoulder comfort, neck awareness, and control through each rotation.

Powermoves can take a long time to learn and even longer to master. Build the foundations first, train safely, and do not rush high-risk moves. Progress usually comes from consistent practice, conditioning, clean technique, and patience.
